IABP is a planning approved and masterplanned development of 250 hectares with 350,000 sq m of accommodation.

The approved masterplan provides for the following

213,000 sq m of business space
72,000 sq m of general industry
24,000 sq m of storage and distribution
25,000 sq ft of hotel and conferencing
11,000 sq m of associated services (creche, support retail etc).

Given the scale of the development proposals, IABP will be developed in phases over the medium term, perhaps several decades.

Whilst specific requirements will be addressed individually, the first release of defined opportunities is now available.

The initial release of 4 hectares (10 acres) of serviced land for development is available for negotiation now. The site is suitable for a broad range of uses and is available in plots from approximately 0.4 hectare (1acre). [Link to details inc visual]
